First time I sit down to watch Buffy in literally months last night, and it's a repeat. Not only is it a repeat, but it's one I've seen. What are the odds? Further proof that my life is God's comedy channel. :/ We put in some DVDs we had instead. :)

. . . and it cannot be over soon enough. What a rotten year. 'nuff said.

Talk about a crummy weekend. It's not often I have to reinstall my OS four times within the course of a week. I'd planned to spend this weekend playing, after a very hot Friday at the office with the A/C completely out (very bad for my rosacea). Can't play it. Neverwinter Nights has arrived the day before I head out of town, and I have to make gazpacho. If I install it, I simply will not get the necessary tasks completed - I know myself well enough for that.

Out of all the days it could've arrived . . . *sigh*

But I do have it. :) The first copy, anyway. The spousal copy is on order.

Got that DVD we ordered from the guy on eBay - whew. This is part of why I don't do online auctions 99% of the time - I was getting very worried.
